What the Box Contains
This game come in a box that has the cards with the 1000 questions and answers on, along with the especially designed writing pads, timers, pencils and of course the ever-popular buzzer that signals the answer given doesn’t match any of the answers on the card. Even the youngsters can have as much fun playing the game the rest of the older members of the family.
How the Game is played
The Family Fortunes Game can be played with multiple people participating on each of the two teams, and one participant takes the role as the host while the six rounds are played. The game is played in six rounds of three Single Money games, two Double Money games, and the last Big Money game provided no one has scored the winning 600 points yet. The host has control of the buzzer and the display and asks the questions of the participants.
The Single Money game is the first round played and in this round the teams select one player to be first to answer the questions at the buzzer. The host reads the first question, and the first player that presses the buzzer is allowed to give their answer. The host looks at the answers on the card and either displays the position and points the answer has earned or hits the buzzer that tells everyone that their answer was no on the list of most popular answers.
If the team that gave the first answer did not give the answer that is first on the card, meaning the most popular answer, the players on the other team now have five seconds to come up with an answer that is more popular and higher rated than the first team’s answer. The team that now has the highest rated answer decides if they want to answer the question or pass it to the other team. Whichever team gives three wrong answers loses.

The rounds in the Family Fortunes Game continue until one team is able to acquire 600 points or they are able to give the top five answers on the Big Money games. If neither side has 600 points they play another round.
